What is your limit to your first property?

 Life becomes insane. Everybody just realized climate change. 

Not too long for our democratic party. We faced a dearth of rice. Something we as Indonesian people eat every day. Rice is Indonesia's part. People say how expensive rice is day by day. From 13.000 rupiah to the 18.000 rupiah per kilos. Our president blames the climate crisis for the price of rice. 

on the other day, 2 provinces got flooded, Yogyakarta and Bandar Lampung. Then everybody living in Indonesia feel the flood. we just realized not only the height but also the bad city plan. When you face a city without proper irrigation, no wonder you will have a flood one time in the future.

Another day, my best friend called me and asked about how to choose no-risk flood properties. She asked me about two options, one in Jakarta and the other in Tangerang Selatan. I said how no different at all about Jakarta and Tangerang Selatan nowadays. Both are getting worse under the government. But thanks to God, her options have better options in Tangerang Selatan. But, It is located in Tangerang Selatan. But a really good part of Tangerang Selatang. It is located under 1 kilo from Pondok Indah and has a good neighborhood. 

I said it to her. It is a really good neighborhood and she is lucky to have this property.

for me, it is many considerations. 

first, it's about location and distance to my husband's office. In our marriage, we agreed to make his job a stable income to our marriage however my job is unstable and easily changing. We calculate our first home has 1 hour's commute by motorcycle considering the anticipation of any problem with public transport. Thank God, we found our first home is located 1 hour commuting by motorcycle, has a blue bus Jakarta and trains. The trains are less crowded than the Bogor or Bekasi Line. Much less crowded. 

Second, many options to Good school. 

Third, Mature neighborhood.
